“I found the boutique rooms particularly appealing, showcasing an Art Deco style, though I noted that service occasionally lags, particularly during peak hours. The Sunday lunch impressed me, and the hotel's dog-friendly policy is thoughtfully managed with a fair extra charge, in my opinion. While breakfast is tasty, I'd suggest that the hotel addresses reported inconsistencies in room service to maintain a consistent standard.”

dirty towels unclean toilet
The room was great, with a walk-in shower, and the staff were friendly.
I found a problem. The towels weren't clean, and the toilet had lots of hair on it. It was not cleaned. We arrived late, around midnight, and just wanted to sleep!

missing phone poor service
the sunday roast was very good, and the yorkshire pudding was enormous. the staff was cute.
The loft room i stayed in lacked an in-room phone. I had to go downstairs to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll because those had run out. there was no explanation at checkout. the service was poorer than i expected for the price of the stay.
