dirty towels unclean toilet
The room was great, with a walk-in shower, and the staff were friendly.
I found a problem. The towels weren't clean, and the toilet had lots of hair on it. It was not cleaned. We arrived late, around midnight, and just wanted to sleep!

friendly staff excellent quality good blinds
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They quickly arranged a taxi. The breakfast selection was great, and the quality was AMAZING!!! I liked the cooked-to-order options. The room had good blackout blinds, ensuring I could sleep well.

missing phone poor service
the sunday roast was very good, and the yorkshire pudding was enormous. the staff was cute.
The loft room i stayed in lacked an in-room phone. I had to go downstairs to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll because those had run out. there was no explanation at checkout. the service was poorer than i expected for the price of the stay.

great experience
bedroom space friendly staff downstairs pub
i enjoyed the bedroom space. it had a nice style and great workmanship standards. the staff was also friendly and very helpful. the FOOD at the downstairs pub was good.
the hotel seemed a bit short staffed.

fantastic stay
helpful staff comfortable bed
The staff was super helpful. They answered all our questions. the spacious shower was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. the location was very convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. we will definitely stay here again.
I found a minor issue. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly, but it wasn't a major problem. i hope they can address this .
